My new singing bowl 😍 🧘‍♀️

I bought this one at the North London Buddhist Centre where I go each week for mindfulness and meditation. That place has such a calm, grounded feel. So bringing a bowl from that space into my treatment room feels super meaningful. Like carrying a thread of that stillness with me.

I’ve started using it to open and close my Reiki sessions. A clear tone at the beginning and at the end. A gentle way of marking the shift into slowing and settling down.

A singing bowl isn’t just about sound. When you strike or circle it, it creates vibration. Frequency. And our bodies respond to frequency. We’re electrical, energetic beings as much as physical ones.

Reiki works with universal energy, with flow and balance. The steady tone of the bowl supports that. The vibration moves through the air, through the body. Sometimes you can actually feel it settle things.

It’s simple. But it’s powerful.

I offer Reiki sessions through my North London Reiki Business Healing Wave at a lovely treatment room in Blue House Yard in Wood Green, North London N22. If you feel the need for a reset, some rebalancing, or just a bit of space to breathe and receive, send me a DM and we’ll take it from there.

✏️ Mindful Drawing, lunchtime session
Friday 9 January 2026, 12.40 to 1.20pm

A short, gentle lunchtime session focused on slowing down, breathing and drawing mindfully.
We’ll be working with simple mindful drawing techniques and drawing from artwork and objects within the gallery space at The Playroom.
No pressure and no need to be good at drawing.

Welcome to North London Reiki. I offer physical, emotional and spiritual healing treatments using Reiki energy healing.
£60 for 1 hour (10% discount for pregnant women, new mums)
I believe the strongest healing is received when you are most at ease and so at each session I will offer you a herbal tea and we will start with a brief consultation.

Treatment can be given hands off or hands on, depending on your preference. You will experience a sense of deep relaxation and peace and may feel light tingling, warmth and waves of energy and emotional release. Some people also drift in and out of a meditative sleep and may see colours and visions in your minds eye. After the treatment you will be offered a bottle of mineral water, we can speak about how you felt during the treatment and you are invited to choose a healing stone to take home with you.

I'd advise you to drink plenty of water after a treatment and rest as much as possible to enjoy the benefits as much as possible.

Reiki is completely safe and can never harm. It is a pure and natural energy that we all have within us. Reiki treatments allow this energy to vibrate, move, heal and create positive change.

I am certified in Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho. Trained in Canacona, South Goa, India in January 2006.
