The end of an era.
20 years after the first one, we completed our final retreat at ‘The Lake’ / JungleYoga.

The 2024 retreat with the Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage has been a beautiful deepening and life enhancing experience for me . The training has renewed my passion in massage and inspired me towards a more conscious approach in my own body mechanics as well as my clients .
The Retreat was a wonderful container set in the stunning khao sok rainforest in Thailand , probably one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to in the world .
Ralf and Dave have a wealth of knowledge and experience between them and a seemingly innate ability to hold compassionate space. The structure allowed for a gradual immersive learning experience that not only taught the practical skills required to carry out a 2 hour traditional thai massage but also allowed for deep authentic connection with self and others in the community , as well as laughter and time to just BE.
I have come away with so much gratitude and clarity . I feel softer in my body and thoughts and feel a real lightness in my being .
