I birthed drum number 2 last weekend (a beautiful deer to sit alongside my stag) and my gosh, how special it was to attend this wonderful tribal women’s retreat and have the privilege to be a part of such transformation and growth 💫
Nourishing food, connection to spirit, chanting, drumming, nature, sound healing, shamanic journeying, being in my truth.

Received this wonderful thank you card today from the Year 6s at my son’s primary school and it literally made me well up in the playground!

I had presented to them about what a nutritionist does, the importance of eating the rainbow 🌈 and the impact too much sugar can have on us, as part of a Community Day that the school had organised. Their intelligence and engagement blew me away. My heart is so full!

Are you in HR or responsible for employee wellness in your workplace? In recent years, it has become more and more important for companies to look after the health and wellbeing of their staff. I provide a range of workshops aimed at busy professionals, with the aim to educate and empower individuals with lots of information, tips and tricks they can take away in order to improve their stress levels, nutrition and overall health.

As someone who worked in the media/advertising industry for over a decade, I understand and appreciate the pressures of working long hours in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst trying to juggle socialising, family commitments and life in general! I will provide your employees with an engaging and interactive workshop, encouraging lots of inquisitive questions. I am happy to work with you to meet any specific requirements you may have and can tailor presentations around different areas of health for example Gut Health, Immune Health (relevant to everybody) or more tailored decks for specific audiences, for example Managing the Menopause, Hormone Balancing for Women, Men's Health or How to Boost your Fertility through Nutrition and Lifestyle.
