I am hyped to announce that I have my first podcast guest!
I have been a fan of Dr Miguel Toribio-Mateas’ work since we first met in 2018, and I’m so excited for you to listen to this slightly longer episode where we discuss burnout, chronic fatigue, ‘funky’ brains, coping strategies, science, nutrition, movement and the importance of a pause.

Dr Miguel Toribio-Mateas is a clinical neuroscientist, nutrition researcher and author of ADHD Body & Mind. His work brings together neuroscience, nutrition, gut-brain health and lived neurodivergent experience to help people understand their bodies and minds with more clarity, compassion and practical support.
