We offer an unrivaled choice of facilities for both the energetic and the relaxed customer. Maintained to the highest standard, the club offers you comfortable surroundings in which to relax and enjoy the superb facility under expert supervision. November 2013 saw the launch of our new spa which features 3 new treatment rooms and we have teamed up with three high end beauty brands ESPA, CND Shella

c and OPI to provide our guests with a higher quality of service. Our Gym facilities include a range of free weights, resistance machines and cardio equipment. Along with the recent refurbished studio gym which features TRXs, Cable machines & Kettlebells to add a more varied workout. We offer an indoor pool (14m x 6m) running at 30 degrees, Jacuzzi running at 38 degrees, Steam Room, separate saunas and fully equipped changing rooms. They are also specified times for children to use the facility.

National Fitness Day this year is on Wednesday 16th September; and as ever we intend on marking it in style!

Join us, alongside all 3d leisure sites, as we aim to cover the miles from 'North to South'.

We are aiming, as a group, to cover 775 miles throughout the day whilst plotting a virtual route from Inverness down to Brighton, stopping at 17 of our sister sites along the way!

Every mile counts; and you can help by completing some miles in club in any way you wish, then logging them at reception.
