Most " headaches " are build...
Let me explain.

Most "headaches" that build throughout the workday are actually tension headaches — caused by tight muscles in your neck, shoulders, and scalp restricting blood flow. The pain feels like it's in your head. But it starts much, much lower.

The paracetamol helps for a bit. But it doesn't change anything. So tomorrow, it comes back.

Acupressure addresses the source, not just the symptom.

When I work on your neck and shoulder muscles — applying pressure to specific release points — those tight muscles soften. The restriction eases. The pain has nowhere left to live.

I hear "I haven't had a headache all week" more than almost anything else from regular clients.

I started this work because I believe deeply in something simple: your body deserves to be looked after, not just pushed through.

Every Friday and Saturday, I set up at Morleys in Brixton and offer 15 and 30-minute acupressure seated massage sessions — fully clothed, no appointment needed, completely tailored to the individual in front of me.

Today the chair travelled to the City of London — stunning space, incredible artwork on the walls, and a team that had been running on full all week.
