We would love you to join us for Nurturing Notes on Tuesday mornings!

Nurturing Notes is a music group tailored to support families with babies who have spent time in neonatal intensive care units, whether due to premature birth, complications, or low birth weight.

Led by certified music therapists, our warm and supportive sessions are open to all and are free of charge ✨

Music Therapy can help to foster connections among parents navigating similar experiences and offers a space for parents to engage, sing, and bond with their babies in a nurturing environment.

Planning day to day life around accessibility needs/pain is an exhausting reality for a lot of people. If the world around us is predominantly designed to be accessed by able-bodied people, challenging & blocking 1 in 6 of us, from accessing work, entertainment and sharing everyday experiences, it’s a sign that we need fundamental societal change, for access equality. So - think access! Many people can’t choose to just ignore it.

We love learning from these wonderful accessibility advocates, following their lives and brilliant campaigns ✨
