Meet Dr Tiffany Munroe, one of our wonderful aesthetic doctors here at Regents Park Aesthetics London! 👩🏻‍⚕️

So, a little about Dr Tiffany… ⬇️

Qualifying as a doctor in London in 2012, Dr Tiffany has worked in ENT and head and neck surgery since 2014.

With an extensive understanding of facial and neck anatomy, she brings a particularly valuable perspective to aesthetic treatments, combining medical expertise with an appreciation for natural facial proportions and individual features.

Her favourite treatments to offer at Regents Park Aesthetics?

Happy National Microneedling Day! ✨ Here are three things you might not know about one of our favourite skin rejuvenation treatments… 👀

Microneedling has been a firm favourite at Regents Park Aesthetics for years, and for good reason!

It’s incredibly versatile, can address a wide range of skin concerns and works by encouraging the skin’s own natural repair processes.

But how much do you actually know about it?

1️⃣ It’s a fantastic treatment for skin ageing
Microneedling creates tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering a natural repair response that encourages collagen and elastin production.

The result? Gradual improvements in skin texture, firmness, fine lines and overall skin quality.

2️⃣ We can combine it with other treatments for an extra skin boost ✨

And this is where things get particularly interesting!

One of our favourite combinations is HydraFacial + microneedling, which we call our HydraBoost.

Think beautifully cleansed, refreshed skin alongside the collagen-stimulating benefits of microneedling.

Depending on your skin’s needs, we may also incorporate carefully selected peptide-based treatments or combine microneedling with dermaplaning to address surface texture and that fine, peach-fuzz hair.

A VERY PROUD MOMENT FOR TEAM RPA! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏅

Yesterday, our incredible founder, Nurse Kay, swapped her clinic uniform for her running shoes and took on the Oysho Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026 - all in aid of a cause very close to our hearts! 👏

Kay completed the 13.1-mile challenge to raise money for The Hospice of St Francis, a wonderful local charity we’re incredibly proud to support as corporate partners through our Berkhamsted clinic

And we couldn’t be prouder of her! 🥹

So far, Kay has raised just under £1,000 for this incredible cause! 🙌

An achievement we’re immensely proud of, and one that will help support the important work the hospice does for people and families within our local community.

For us, being part of the Berkhamsted community means so much more than simply having a clinic here.

It’s about building relationships, giving back and supporting the people and organisations that make such a meaningful difference to the lives of those around us.

The Hospice of St Francis does truly remarkable work, providing compassionate care and support to people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

It’s a cause we feel incredibly privileged to support, and seeing Kay go the extra mile (quite literally!) to help raise funds makes us all so proud.

A HUGE congratulations to Kay from all of us at Regents Park Aesthetics! 🏅👏
