“Completely changed my life. I had major back surgery 17 years ago (was bed bound for 2 years) and after trying the Mobiliser at Burghley 7 years ago I woke up straight for the first time in years. Couldn’t believe it. I now have used it regularly every day and would not be without it. It’s due to the Mobiliser that I can continue riding!” - S Hayward

Mobilisation of any joint in the body can create huge benefits. Bending joints repeatedly and gently can rapidly loosen them, reduce inflammation and reduce pain.
The challenge is that it’s hard to pinpoint exact joints in the spine to stretch. We developed the mobiliser to bypass this problem, by lifting and bending the spine from underneath to create bend and stretch at every and each vertebra.

"15 minutes of relaxation (or slightly painful but satisfying rehab if your back is in a poor state) is a really nice way to start the day. It's like hitting the "reset" button for your spine."

- Lucinda, Mobiliser user of 15 years & company director.

Regularity of use: 3 x per week unless recently injured (netball) when its used daily to recover.
