6 Weeks Intermediate MINDFULNESS Course on Zoom with Sheena Rose. 6.30- 8.00pm Thursday Evenings. Starts Thursday 9th September 21, ending Thursday 14th October 2021. Cost Β£150.00
This 6 weeks course is based around self-care and well-being.
We will be covering :-
Finding stillness, mindful flow, and becoming calm.
Tapping into Compassion, Metta Mindfulness
Grounding techniques for anxiety and panic
Visualisation techniques for wellness and mental health
Practising self-care and self-compassion.
