This Saturday, join me in Angel, Islington for a deeply relaxing Gong Bath and Sound Journey on the eve of the Summer Solstice.

A chance to pause, step away from the noise of the week and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of the gongs, drum, singing bowls, chimes and Native American-style flute.
Expect 75 minutes of deep rest, release and renewal as we welcome the light and energy of the longest day of the year.

Real moments from yesterday’s corporate session with London Gong during Mental Health Awareness Week.
Before people arrive, I always spend a little time walking around the space with one of my smaller wind gongs, listening to the acoustics and feeling how the room responds to sound. Every space has its own resonance.
