The good news is, they are often avoidable!

Here's how to prevent them:
✔️ Cut nails straight across
❌ Don't cut nails too short
✔️ Wear shoes that fit properly
✔️ Keep your feet clean and dry
❌ DON'T pick at your nails!

For 30 years we've been keeping Londoners on their feet from our clinic inside the prestigious John Bell & Croyden pharmacy on Wigmore Street.
