Tonight at 7pm, thousands of people in different countries, different homes and different lives will stop at the same moment and focus on one thing together: healing.

That is the heart of Worldwide Distant Healing. I believe consciousness becomes particularly powerful when it is shared. One person choosing calm, balance and healing creates an intention. When thousands of people make that same choice at the same time, we move beyond the individual and into mass consciousness — a collective field of attention, energy and possibility.

For 30 minutes tonight, that is what we are creating together.

In my work as a Bio-Energy Practitioner, I sense areas where energy feels blocked, disturbed or depleted and work to support greater balance and flow within the body. During Worldwide Distant Healing, I bring that same focus to everyone joining me, wherever they are in the world.

But you are not simply receiving something from me. You are part of it. Every person who joins adds their presence and intention to the whole.

Imagine what happens when, instead of thousands of minds worrying about tomorrow, replaying yesterday or concentrating on everything that feels wrong, those same minds consciously turn towards healing at exactly the same moment. For half an hour, we change the focus — from fear to possibility, from tension to release, from separation to connection, from what is wrong to what may be ready to change.

You do not need to understand bio energy healing perfectly, and you do not need to force yourself to believe. Simply find somewhere quiet, sit or lie down, place your hands over the electron images of my hands and allow yourself to relax for 30 minutes.

Let your body become still and let the day fall away. Know that somewhere else in the world, another person is doing exactly the same thing, and another, and another.

That is mass consciousness.

Tomorrow evening, people in different places around the world will become still at the same moment and focus on the same thing: healing.

I have always believed there is something profoundly powerful about this. We spend so much of our lives thinking of ourselves as separate — separate bodies, separate worries, separate experiences — yet our thoughts, emotions and energy are constantly affecting the world around us.

When many people come together with a shared intention, that intention becomes greater than any one person.

This is at the heart of my Worldwide Distant Healing events.

During my work as a Bio-Energy Practitioner, I sense areas where the body’s energy has become blocked or disturbed and work to help restore movement, balance and flow. People often come to Bio-Energy Healing when they feel depleted, emotionally overwhelmed, physically out of balance, or simply aware that something within them needs attention.

The body has an extraordinary intelligence of its own. My work is about supporting it.

There are moments when the most powerful thing we can do is stop trying to force an answer and simply create space for something to shift. We are constantly responding to the world around us — to people, pressure, uncertainty, memories, expectations — and sometimes we don’t realise how much we are carrying until we experience a moment of genuine stillness. Healing can begin there: not with effort, but with allowing the body and mind a little room to return to themselves.

This Friday at 7pm UK time, people around the world will come together for my free Worldwide Distant Healing event. There are moments when perhaps the most powerful thing we can do is stop trying so hard.

We spend so much of our lives thinking, solving, worrying, anticipating and holding on. Yet underneath all of that activity there is another possibility: to become quiet for a little while, to soften our grip on everything we think needs fixing, and simply allow ourselves to receive.

This Friday, I am inviting people all over the world to do exactly that.

At 7pm UK time on Friday 28th August, I will be holding another FREE Worldwide Distant Healing event. For 30 minutes, people in different countries, different homes and very different circumstances will become still at the same moment and share one simple intention: healing, balance and wellbeing.

This sense of connection has always been one of the most beautiful parts of these events for me. We may be separated geographically, yet intention does not seem to recognise distance in quite the same way that we do.

After previous Worldwide Distant Healing sessions, people have written to me describing warmth, tingling, waves of energy, deep relaxation and an unexpected feeling of peace. One participant in New York told me, “I now feel very much at peace, relaxed and refreshed.” Another, joining from New Zealand, said she finished the session with “higher energy and definitely much more positive.”

You do not need to understand how it works. You do not need to force yourself to feel anything. In fact, I would encourage you not to expect anything at all.

Simply find somewhere comfortable, sit or lie down, place your hands over my electron hand images and give yourself those 30 minutes.

Relax.

Let the day fall away. Let the mind become quieter. Let your body do what it knows how to do when we finally stop interfering with it.

And perhaps, for those 30 minutes, remember that somewhere across the world many other people are doing exactly the same thing.

There is a moment when individual intention becomes something greater than itself. When people across the world turn their attention towards healing at the same time, we are no longer speaking only about one person, one body or one life. We are working with the possibility of collective consciousness — a shared field of intention directed towards health, balance and healing.

On Friday 28th August at 7pm UK time, I invite you to become part of that field. Wherever you are, bring your own intention — for yourself, for someone you love, or for the world we share. You do not have to understand how it works to participate. Simply be present. When enough human beings consciously choose the same direction at the same moment, I believe something changes.

The moment you change your inner state, you begin to change what becomes possible around you. Your body is constantly listening to your thoughts, your emotions and the energy you repeatedly return to. When you interrupt an old pattern — even for a few quiet minutes — you create space for something different to emerge. A different feeling. A different response. A different future.

You do not have to know exactly how everything will unfold. Begin with the feeling you want to live from: peace, health, freedom, love, possibility. Let your body experience that state now, rather than waiting for the outside world to give you permission. Sometimes healing begins with this simple shift — from repeating what has been, to becoming available for what could be.

You send me a recent photograph and a little information about what is happening for you, and I use your photograph to connect with your energy and focus the healing specifically on you.
