The power of breath, intention, and sounding your voice is a practice you can return to anywhere, at any time. Even for one minute, you can pause, connect, and allow your body to receive. Rooted in life force energy, vibration, and your own frequency, this simple practice can help you come back to yourself.
Try this -
Eyes safely closed or open, watch the video.
Take one deep breath.
Slow down your exhale and feel yourself arriving in the present moment.
Set an intention, something you wish to call in, release, or perhaps both.
Take another breath, meeting your intention.
As you exhale, sound your voice with a gentle hum or tone.
Repeat once more, letting the vibration move through your body, meeting your intention.
Then softly return to whatever you were doing.
