The power of breath, intention, and sounding your voice is a practice you can return to anywhere, at any time. Even for one minute, you can pause, connect, and allow your body to receive. Rooted in life force energy, vibration, and your own frequency, this simple practice can help you come back to yourself.

Try this -
Eyes safely closed or open, watch the video.
Take one deep breath.
Slow down your exhale and feel yourself arriving in the present moment.
Set an intention, something you wish to call in, release, or perhaps both.
Take another breath, meeting your intention.
As you exhale, sound your voice with a gentle hum or tone.
Repeat once more, letting the vibration move through your body, meeting your intention.
Then softly return to whatever you were doing.

Breathe Love is Jasmin’s special signature class, a space to pause, breathe, remember our life force energy, our sounding voice and share that experience together as a community. created such a warming environment to share this session. Thank you to Ros and the team.

Big thank you to my husband and three wonderful Reiki practitioners, Alka who has worked with me many times, Elaine and Karen (tagged), and all the lovely people who joined us. I enjoyed walking around, had a wonderful Reiki treatment and met old friends and making new ones.

Your breath and intention are the powerful thread to letting your true voice feel free to sound.

Try the practice without judgement.

Return to it when you can, again and again.

Notice what arises -
your sound, its texture, where you feel it in the body, how it moves and changes.

Let it be observed, not judged.
Let it unfold in its own way.

Take a few gentle sighs to release tension
Relax your body and breathe in slowly
Before making a sound, choose an intention
Exhale on a natural tone and let the breath carry the voice
Repeat and notice what feels most natural and real

World Meditation Day

Meditation is the practice of coming home, to the body, to the breath, to the often noisy parts of us and the quiet knowing that lives within.

Meditation is resonance and stillness. It’s feeling, movement. It’s sound. It’s awareness. It’s tuning deeper to the energy body hum beneath the surface and remembering what we already are.

Through breath, energy, sound, nature, art, touch, movement and the voice — we return.

Some affirmations to carry with you -
I am present in this moment
My breath connects me to my inner peace
I honour the wisdom of my body
I am grounded and aware
Sound flows through me, healing and centering

Whether you sit in silence, breath consciously, visualise, move, draw, write, hum - your practice with intention, observation all parts of you and awareness— you are meditating.

Breathe Love is a signature guided meditation inspired by the Japanese energetic system, working with the Three Diamonds – Earth, Heart, and Heaven Ki energy.

Through breathwork, affirmations, sound, voice healing, gentle touch, and immersive visuals, you are guided into grounding, heart connection, and deeper intuitive awareness, supporting reconnection with your truest inner voice.

A special thank you to our Reiki volunteers joining us — we will also be sharing hands-on and hands-off energy healing throughout the session.

Led by Jasmin Harsono of Emerald & Tiger – international author, multi-sensory artist, meditation guide, and founder of immersive wellbeing experiences shared globally with brands and platforms including the BBC, Nike, Mercedes, and Glastonbury Festival.

A little reminder that our intentions are deeply planted and can take time to grow and show up in our lives, and sometimes differently to what we expected. Just like caring for a plant, we need to offer ourselves time to breathe, nourish our bodies, and gently water the seed of our intentions.

Your voice is not just something you hear, you feel it in your body.

And with intention, visualising colour whilst sounding your voice can help support and shift our state.

Try this exercise

The intention here is -
To visualise a colour and allow a sound to come from what it feels like.

Not from thinking, from sensing.

Your breath is what supports this.
It takes you deeper, softens the body, and carries the sound.

Take x 3 deep breaths, and slowly sigh out.

There is no pressure for it to sound perfect. More than anything it is about releasing a sound from your voice as it is. Your voice is vibration, and here it becomes the vibration of the colour you are visualising.

There is no right sound. This is just about noticing.

Take a slow breath and visualise the colour red.
As you exhale, gently let a sound come out.
Notice where you feel it in your body. Try a few times until it connects and feels natural.
Let your breath guide you.

Then try another colour, move to orange.
Allow the sound to shift if it wants to.
Follow the guidance above.

Then try yellow.
Notice if anything feels lighter or more open.

Then try green, notice if you sense the colour and sound coming from a particular place in the body.

And then try blue. What does blue sound like?

Take your time with each one.
Let your breath support you and your voice.

When you finish, pause.

Was there one colour that felt more supportive?
One that softened something or gave you a sense of space?

That colour is something you can return to in your day.
Through your breath, your voice, or simply your awareness.

There are moments when everything feels a little too loud.

The mind keeps racing ahead, the body feels far away, and it becomes harder to hear yourself clearly.

This practice isn’t about fixing anything, it’s a way of returning.

Back into your body.
Back into your breath.
Back into your own voice.

Nothing about you needs to change in order for you to begin.

And you deserve this time to pause and practice.

To feel your feet.
To hear your breath.
To speak and listen, without rushing past it.

Return to Voice is a space for that kind of return.
