A greener future doesn’t appear overnight, it grows, one tree, one ecosystem, and one community at a time and Heartfulness hq, is a living testament to this.

But our greening efforts didn’t stop at Kanha Shanti Vanam.

With 8+ million saplings planted, 10,000+ acres restored, and 80+ endangered tree species conserved, we are working towards the goal of planting 30 million trees by 2030.

Together with 20,000+ farmers, MSMEs, and indigenous community members, we are proving that environmental restoration is not just possible, it is transformative, generating an estimated 100,000 tCO₂ in annual carbon offsets.

This World Environment Day, let us remember: when we nurture nature, we nurture the future. 🌱

People-pleasing may look kind on the outside, but it can create stress, resentment, and inner conflict within. Yoga invites us to practice Ahimsa (non-harming) not only towards others, but towards ourselves.
