I don’t see “I haven’t exercised lately” as some kind of personal failure anymore. Sometimes life gets stressful, routines change, or I just don’t have the energy, and that doesn’t make me lazy or less worthy. My body doesn’t need to be constantly improved to deserve care and kindness. Every day is a new opportunity to reconnect with myself, and even small steps forward matter. When I’m ready, I can ease back into movement with patience, confidence, and self-compassion, knowing that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.

Staying healthy while traveling is all about balance — drink enough water, choose meals with protein and veggies, keep healthy snacks nearby, and enjoy local food without overdoing it.
