Summer can knock routines sideways — holidays, kids, late nights, no structure… it happens.

But September is here, and this is where we start building that routine again.

You don’t need to train every day.

You don’t need perfect nutrition.

You just need to start showing up consistently.

Tonight it was kettlebells, strength, movement and a room full of people putting the work in together. 💪

Get stronger now.
Move better later.
Keep doing the things you love for longer.

Train now so you can play later.

Want to come and try a session?

Dress on. Hair done. Dumbbells out… obviously 😂💪🥂

This photo made me smile, but it also says so much about Barbara’s journey.

There was a time when she wanted to hide.

Hide from photos.
Hide behind clothes.
Hide how she felt about herself.

Now she’s over 20kg down, stronger, more active and, most importantly, carrying herself with a completely different level of confidence.

That’s the bit people don’t always see in a transformation.

It’s not just the weight you lose.

It’s the confidence you gain.
The clothes you start wearing again.
The photos you stop avoiding.
The nights out you enjoy more.
The feeling of actually being comfortable in your own skin.

Barbara, put the dumbbells down and go enjoy your night 😂❤️

Train now so you can play later.

Progress rarely feels impressive while you’re in the middle of it.

You train twice instead of three times.

You have a takeaway.

You miss your steps one day.

The scales don’t move as quickly as you hoped.

And suddenly you start questioning whether any of it is working.

But you’re looking too closely.

Zoom out.

Two workouts every week for 6 months is over 50 sessions.

A little more protein every day adds up.

Walking a bit more adds up.

Getting back on track after a difficult day instead of writing off the whole week REALLY adds up.

That’s how most of the transformations you see happen.

Not through perfect weeks.

Through small decisions repeated often enough that, eventually, they become a completely different lifestyle.

So this week, don’t ask yourself:

“Was I perfect?”

Ask:

“Did I move forward?”

Because small wins matter. 💪

You can train 3 times a week and still spend most of your life sitting down.

And that’s something we often forget.

Your workouts matter.

But so does everything that happens in between them.

Walking while you’re on the phone.

Taking the stairs.

Carrying the shopping.

Walking after dinner.

Getting on the floor and playing with your kids.

None of it feels like “exercise”…

but it all adds up.

The goal isn’t just to be someone who trains.

It’s to build a life where movement is normal.

So today, don’t just ask yourself:

“Did I train?”

Ask:

“How much did I actually move?”

Because 45 minutes in the gym is great.

But your body benefits from what you do during the other 23 hours too.

I’ve opened up 3 coaching spaces for busy men and women who want to make a real change before the end of the year.
If you want to lose body fat, feel stronger, have more energy and get your confidence back but you keep wondering where you’re supposed to find the time to actually do it this is for you.
Because you probably don’t need another diet.
And you definitely don’t need to spend 5 nights a week in the gym.
You need something that works around your actual life.
Work.
Children.
Family.
Long days.
Meals out.
Weekends away.
All the things that aren’t going to suddenly disappear just because you’ve decided you want to get fitter.
That’s exactly what the people in these photos had to overcome.
Some thought they were too busy.
Some had tried losing weight before, only to put it back on.
Some were struggling with low energy and confidence.
Some had started to believe that feeling this way was simply part of getting older.
But they didn’t completely change their lives to get these results.
They learned how to make small decisions consistently.
They trained a few times each week.
They learned how to eat without living on a restrictive diet.
They had accountability when motivation disappeared.
And they built habits they could actually maintain.
Now they’re stronger.
Leaner.
More confident.
They have more energy.
And, most importantly, they know how to keep going without constantly having to “start again.”
That’s the kind of result you’re going to be getting if you DM the word ‘RESET’
Only 3 spaces to start next week

Four very different women. One powerful reminder.

Save this if you need to hear that looking after yourself isn’t selfish

Barbara wanted to feel understood through menopause.

Sonu wanted better diabetes control so she could show up for her children.

Hayley wanted her energy, confidence, and sense of self back.

And Zdenka got to a place where she doesn’t even need the scales anymore - she trusts her body now.

That’s why I do this. It’s never just about weight loss or getting fit.

It’s about feeling seen, getting your life back, and becoming someone you can trust again.

Which of these stories hit you the most?

20/08/2026

Zdenka no longer needs to watch the scales anymore.

Not because she stopped caring, but because she finally learned how to eat, trust her body, and stop giving her day to a number.

Drop a 💛 if you’ve ever felt ruled by the scale.

That shift changed everything for her
she stopped chasing quick fixes.
she started listening to what my body actually needed.
she got my peace back.
When you reclaim your body, you don’t just change your routine - you change your whole relationship with yourself.

Still one of the best decisions she’s ever made.

19/08/2026

Feeling confident in my underwear is not “shallow.”It’s the first sign I’m finally putting myself back on the list.

still a way to go from her goal, but feeling sexy again changes everything.

You carry yourself differently.

You show up differently.

Even getting dressed feels like a win.

Sometimes the hardest part is realizing you’ve spent so long giving confidence to everyone else that you forgot to practice it on yourself.

That’s the real shift.
What’s one thing that makes you feel more like yourself again?

18/08/2026

She thought she had to figure menopause out alone.

Turns out, the biggest change came from being understood

Save this .

if you’ve ever needed support that actually gets it - not just advice

Tag Someone .who needs to hear that asking for help is strength
For Barbara, the difference was finding a coach, a friend, and a community that made space for the hard stuff:
the weight changes
the mental fog
the emotional swings
the conversations too many women still hide
And that changed everything.Because when someone believes you can change, it becomes easier to believe it too.No one should have to carry this silently.

14/08/2026

She started because she wanted her confidence back,

better control of her type 1 diabetes, and energy for her 3 kids.
Save this if you needed the reminder that progress is bigger than the scales.
She’s stronger, leaner, and lifting weights she never thought she could.
Her HbA1c is the best it’s ever been.
And she’s proving that self-care is not selfish.
That’s the part people miss. It’s not just about how you look, it’s about how you feel, how you live, and how long you get to keep showing up for the people you love
What does “progress” mean to you right now?
