Most people think hayfever, loose stools, and heavy periods are three separate problems.
So they get treated like three separate problems. An antihistamine for the hayfever. A probiotic for the gut. Ibuprofen for the periods. Three different types of band-aids.
Charlene did exactly this for 35 years. Nothing ever really helped.
Here is what links them. The hayfever is histamine reacting to pollen. The loose stools are histamine again, this time from high histamine foods irritating the gut. And the heavy, painful periods are histamine and oestrogen feeding off each other through a cyclical loop pushing each other higher.
Same driver behind all 3.
Which is why treating each symptom on didn't work.
๐ฏThe thing that actually makes an improvement is bringing histamine down.
Less aged cheese, wine, cured meat and fermented food. More fresh food. And often some work on the immune system, gut bacteria and supporting oestrogen clearance.
That is what I did with Charlene. For the first time in a decade, she could leave the house and toilet for a day.
If this sounds familiar, COMMENT BELOW for my list of high histamine foods to ease off first.
