Where Jewellery Meets Energy & Intention

I’m a jewellery designer passionate about merging creativity with conscious living. Every piece I create is intentionally infused with Reiki and sound healing tools that have supported my own journey and that I now share to empower yours. Through sacred rituals, I energise each design with healing frequen

cies and purposeful intention, offering more than just adornment, these are wearable reminders of your inner power, clarity, and connection. Using materials of gold vermeil and gold filled for an elevated quality to create Demi-fine jewellery.

🍂 AUTUMN EQUINOX CIRCLE 🍂

As we move into a new season, join me for a nourishing Autumn Equinox gathering, an invitation to slow down, reconnect and set your intentions for the months ahead.

Together, we’ll honour the shift from Summer into Autumn through creativity, energy and sound.

✨ Create your own intention bracelet to carry with you into the new season
✨ Receive grounding Reiki to restore and rebalance
✨ Settle into a grounding and nourishing sound bath, allowing you to soften, return to your calm and receive.

The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of equal light and dark, a beautiful threshold to reflect on what we’re ready to carry forward, and what we’re ready to leave behind. To reflect on the lessons of the Summer as we shift inwards and begin to reap our harvests.

Come as you are. Leave with your handmade bracelet, your intentions for the season ahead, and hopefully feeling a little more grounded, spacious and connected.

What does colour mean to you?

Back in 2021 when I joined my first Intuitive Development course we learnt about the power of colours, what the colours represent, how do we feel when we see certain colours, what are we sensing with certain colours.

Neither colour is bad or good, just like so many things in life, it’s an evolution in a way of what we are drawn to at certain times in our lives. What we are going though, what we need, and what way can colours support us.

When I first started out back in 2016 doing bead work, I had no real plan, it was more a hobby creating jewellery on my mums kitchen table. But I have always loved pink and I used shades of pinks which felt feminine and fun, then I began my Spiritual journey and I was very much drawn to black and white elements - which felt like change, journey, growth, shedding layers.

I still love the neutral shades of black and white but over the past year my soul has been calling me back to pink and red and I have’t been able to shift this. I pushed down these colours because they were too “cutesy” perhaps not chic enough, not strong enough, not spiritual enough.

What about the colour red? Perhaps it’s Mars ruling my chart, but I find it empowering and bold and feel that pink and red compliment each other. Kind of like how Aries and Libra are two sides of the same coin.

Just a couple of months ago the lovely @ reached out and we were chatting and I then I came back from holiday and decided “F**k it, let’s do this”. We have worked together to create a slightly more refreshed and new colour patellate that represents more of who I am - not just what I want people to see.

I hope you enjoy things starting to look a little different as this things start to feel more eclectic, bold, feminine, bohemian and whimsical, all the different parts of myself and my work brought together.

I would love to know below what colours you’re drawn to and why 👇🏼 💖🧚🏼‍♀️✨

The Bisnonna Tradition

Every year on 15th August, I celebrate my Saint Name Day, Assumption Day.

Growing up, my Bisnonna would always mark the occasion by giving me a little gift of money. At the time, I was obviously very excited about the spending money and a little cautious of my cheeks getting pinched.

But as I’ve grown older, I’ve come to appreciate what that little tradition really represented: love, generosity, family and making someone feel remembered.

So this year, I want to continue her tradition in my own way.

Instead of receiving a gift, I’d like to give one. 💗

To begin The Bisnonna Tradition, I’m gifting one person a pair of my handmade Rose Quartz Earrings, a stone connected with love, compassion and the heart.

And I’d love for this to become something I do every year on my Saint Name Day, passing a little piece of the love my Bisnonna gave me forward to this community.

The winner will receive the earrings beautifully wrapped with a handwritten note.

I’m so grateful to share a special little piece of my family traditions with you, and the beginning of a new chapter for an old tradition.

Buon onomastico to all the Assuntas, and here’s to The Bisnonna Tradition. 🇮🇹

With love,
Assunta x

When Saturn retrogrades, it has a way of asking us to revisit what we’ve been quietly building in the background.

For me, that was creating a monthly journal on my website.

A space to share reflections on Reiki, spirituality, creativity, jewellery, sound healing, and the lessons life continues to teach me. A place where I can write a little more deeply than I can on social media, and invite you into the thoughts, stories, and inspirations behind my work.

It has been sitting in my heart for a while, and I felt like the right time to finally bring it to life!

The first journal is now live, and I’d love for you to have a read. You’ll find the link in my bio. 🪐

I’d also love to know… what would you like me to write about next? 🧚🏼‍♀️✨💖

V e n u s

This was a beautiful exhibition that leads you on a journey through Valentino’ Garavani’s legacy by the Portuguese artist Joana Vasconcelos.

It was a celebration of beauty, femininity and empowerment turning the Roman Goddess Venus, of love and beauty and not in your typical way, but rather focusing on the contemporary culture and evolving roles of women. Think Venus embodying the contradictions and multiplicity of female identities today.

It was also interesting to see that part of her inspiration was from the mythological Valkyrie through the language of art and craft. In Norse legend the Valkyries es**rt fallen warriors to Valhalla however, in this exhibition they became the guardians of art with each one dedicated to a woman whose legacy deserves her voice to be heard.

We finished in the Garden of Eden where there multiple feminine archetypes from
The Valkyrie heroine, the Phoenix, the Pr******te, Cinderella, the Femme Fatal and the Bewitcher. Where femininity is seen, enigmatic, sensual, and transformative.

It was such a wonderful and empowering exhibition of creativity and a reminder of the power we have as a woman and return to matriarchal living.

Happy Venus Friday 🌺🌸🌷✨

Holistic Summer Camp this August, hosted at Sacred Tones!

Over the final two weeks of August, children will be invited to explore creativity, sound, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing through a series of fun and engaging activities including:

✨ Crystal wand making
✨ Nature mobiles
✨ Rain sticks and sound shakers
✨ Intention bracelets
✨ Back-to-school confidence jars
✨ Daily affirmation cards
✨ Sound exploration and instrument play
✨ Child-led sound baths

Back to London after an Italian getaway - taking a break with my aunty, creating memories and absolute adventures 😅

Visiting Puglia, family, and finishing in Rome -the eternal city 🇮🇹

I love Italy and always feel at home when I’m there, like I can breathe and feel seen…the soul feels alive ✨

This time we had a hire car and my goodness, driving and navigating Italian roads and parking is not for the light hearted. An experience that created some new level of resilience. I’m not sure I want to repeat that particular experience again but I can definitely laugh now 😆😬😅

Visiting family and home cooked meals felt very Cancerian, a reminder of my mother’s family line and the journey they made for more opportunities and a better life. By taking the chance of sailing six weeks from Naples to Australia but they never forgot their family back in Italy, and we are lucky to this day to still be connected.

Where’s your favourite place in Italy to visit?

Happy Venus Friday 🖤
