I was reluctant to move South of the river because I wasn’t familiar with the calibre or variety of Pilates studios. After months of exploring and trialling, I’m very excited to bring you my top 3 favourite studios in SW, offering different classes and levels of reformer, standard and infrared mat Pilates and yoga. In my opinion, as a trained Pilates instructor (certified Pilates princess) these are some of the best in London 🤍

How I stay in routine, healthy and regular whilst travelling ✈️ For general health, wellness & wellbeing focusing on gut, skin and mental health. Restoring serotonins, dopamine and regulating low blood pressure 🩸
- invest in a pill box
- rotate your vitamins / supplements (don’t take the exact same ones every day, to give your liver a break)
- drinks LOADS of water #
- do not skip a day, consistency is key and things usually take at least three months to kick in and feel the effects of
- ensure Zinc (the big daddy absorber) is in your toolbox
