For years, whilst gigging by night, we’ve been supporting science by day. At the British Gut Project/Twin Research, King’s College London, UK, we’ve been so shocked and excited by what we’ve found, we just have to share our new “gut health” obsession with you all. 🌒eclipse party! a colander, moon snacks and patio paint... what more could you want?!

did you know 90% of us don’t get enough, and it’s so much easier than you think. it’s not just fruits and veggies (keep them skins on!) it’s herbs, nuts, seeds, beans, legumes and whole grains 🍓🥑🫘🥜🥬. by adding in a few of these into your diet, you’ll be well on your way to 30g of fibre a day and feeling your best.
