To age is to recieve a gift not everyone is lucky enough to experience. And I have a feeling that all those people who sad your 30s are the best are absolutely right.

Creating this space with has been such an exciting journey. From meeting for coffee to building a friendship & curating a 3 part series designed to empower women to loveeee the skin their in no matter whether they have active acne or not.

We built this space for both our younger self’s and the versions we are today, and we built it for every single women who’s felt she’s had to hide her skin. These events are designed to set you free, and help you see that you are very very far from alone.

We are only getting started and Thursday night with was probably one of my favourite events I’ve ever run because I got to see healing in real time - and that is priceless.

Your skin is beautiful, at all stages- and we’re here to remind you of that.

This one is extra special, slide 2 is a picture of me on a shoot in Melbourne a few months before I left a long term relationship. The photo (without pre planning) captured the one of my most brave moments. I was so afraid of the ocean that night, the waves were wild but I wanted to step out of my comfort zone, and now it’s one of my favourite photos. So, there’s a wee story for you.

I LOVE being reminded how many women there are in the world supporting other women.

Within 5 minutes of arriving solo I had met 3 kind & charismatic women who alllll suffer from Endometriosis. The wild thing is just how quickly we click, because we don’t have to say any more than that to be fully understood by one another - it’s such a superpower, connecting over hardship.
ravina is doing incredible things with - thank you again for inviting me to join such an impactful and impressive event in an iconic location ✨

I left with hope, hope that when women come together incredible things just keeeeep on happening 👏👏👏

Building a village in 2026 is probably one of the best things you could do for your mental health & wellbeing and these are just some ways you can start bringing it to life ✨

My parents live in a beautiful town in Scotland where everyone looks after one another. Every time I go home I’m reminded what a gift it is that they have such an army of kind, loving people around them. People show up with spaghetti bolognase in jam jars on difficult days & check in on quiet neighbours.

I can never quite believe it - and I always say “gosh I wish this existed in London.”

What I’ve noticed, which is the most important part - is that everyone does their bit. I watch my parents give to their village on a daily basis, and I believe that’s what helps keep it so strong.

If you want a village you have to be willing to be a villager. Which means being what you may say is “inconvenienced” out of your routine to show up for others.

Showing up for those around you even when it doesn’t suit you. How often do you cancel plans because you’re a bit tired, or take a rain check because bed is cosier than outside?

Every time we do this, and if we do it often, we weaken our village.

To keep a fire burning we must all gather wood. Keep gathering wood, and watch your village grow and transform not only your life, but those around you 💛

As someone who has experienced a verrrry anxious mind a handful of times in my life I thought I’d share some of the things that make a huge difference for me. And trust me I’ve tried it all.
