Formerly known as My Local Pilates, "Victoria Park Pilates" has consolidated all of our classes to one newly refurbished venue within the Victoria Park Harriers running club on the edge of Victoria Park, Hackney, East London

Classes are suitable for complete beginners through to advanced levels and are taught in small groups of 8-10 people. All classes must be pre-booked.

Most new clients come to us seeking a stronger “core”.. If you really want to strengthen your abs you have to work them in all ranges of movement. This exercise is a great way to lengthen and strengthen your abdominals through a supported and controlled lower into spinal extension. Added bonus of some hip extension too - that’s a win-win for all you office workers/cyclists/musicians/gardeners/serial Netflix surfers and anyone who prefers a flatter beach belly!
