Spiritual gaslighting is not usually done intentionally. People share their knowledge without realising that it really is just their current understanding. That doesn't make it less harmful to the people taking them seriously.

My most recent awakening happened through so much physical torment. I was very ill and in a lot of physical pain when I started reality jumping. (I also talk a lot of spiritual gaslighting and why you are so powerful BECAUSE you are ill or are in pain...)

At first I couldn't control it. I never knew when it would happen or which reality I'd end up in. I frantically scoured the internet to find someone who could do the same so I could learn from them.

But I couldn't find anyone. I knew that wasn't right. Of course I wasn't the only one in the world who this was happening to. And of course there must be someone out there talking openly about it.

That's how I knew that this needed to be my own journey. I had to learn for myself, by myself, as long as it took. There wasn't a short cut to take and someone else wasn't going to be able to spin this in a way I could understand.

And that's why I've decided I won't teach this to others, but I will share my experiences. If it's happening to you, reach out! Tell me all about it in the comments.

1. Many, if not most, Reiki practitioners and masters I know have added to their Reiki practice with other interests. That could include balancing the chakras, meditations, work with crystals, angels and guides, and a whole lot more!

But Reiki itself is energy work, pure and simple. There's absolutely nothing wrong with adding in other techniques or practices. But sometimes people who are not familiar with Reiki can easily get confused about what Reiki actually is.

2. Most of the people who seek out Reiki with me have asked me about, or commented on, my ability to heal them. I am not the healer here, you are!

As a Reiki Master, I am guiding the Reiki energy to connect with you, but you are the one doing the work. That work may present itself as opportunities for you to address issues in your life, from the seemingly mundane to the life-altering.

Whatever appears will be to heal the root cause, for your highest good, and you will ALWAYS have a choice on whether you want to act on that opportunity or not. That means that even though we "think" we are ready, we may make a different choice when the opportunity presents itself. And that's okay. There will always be other opportunities.

Tomorrow is Odin's day.... Wednesday!

As a dedicant to Odin, I offer FREE distance healing, in Odin's name, to any and all who are in need and request it.

How it works:

You get in touch with your healing request by the end of your day on Tuesday (this can be a request for you or someone you care about) - please simply DM me here and include the name of the person who requests healing, and what they would like healed.

On Wednesday, I will tell Odin of your request and light a candle which will remain lit for the entire day and night. I will place your name and request in my Reiki Healing Grid and place any corresponding Runes on top of the grid

I will then charge my grid, sending Reiki Healing Energy to you (and/or your loved ones) every day for the entire week (removing it the following Wednesday morning)

I also send distance healing through my drum and rattle (the rattle was made specifically in honour of Odin by @‌soulshinerattles ) 🙏🏻

This is a free offer that will run indefinitely, every Wednesday. I love being in service and doing my part to help people heal on deep levels. And now, it is my honour to perform this service on behalf of the Allfather, Odin.
