I support good health through a whole-body-mind-spirit approach
1:1 personal sessions and programmes
Workshops, circles and retreats
Corporate workshops, webinars and employee support I cut through the sensational headlines and overwhelming marketing by listening to my clients situations and needs to offer them practical dietary and lifestyle solutions to boost their energy levels and empower the

m to be the best possible versions of themselves and enable their whole families to thrive. I’ve always loved cooking and eating, but nutrition became an interest of mine in my early 20’s after I discovered the full impact it had on my health and energy as I embarked on a fast-paced city career. Fast forward a decade, and my interest was transformed into a true passion by the responsibility of bringing into this world and raising my two boys. This gave me the opportunity and courage to step away from what I was doing and turn my passion into a new career that could help others to also experience the power of food. Ever feel a bit more “hangry” before your period? 👀 Or find yourself feeling like this more often and more randomly during perimenopause?

There’s a reason for that. Your blood sugar and hormones are constantly talking to each other, and supporting steadier blood sugar is one simple way to support your hormonal health.

The good news? You don’t need to cut out carbs. Try pairing them with protein, healthy fats and fibre instead.

Give it a go and see how you feel. ❤️

My quarterly online women’s circle is next Thursday 10th September.

A gathering for women who are ready to come home to themselves - through the body, through presence, and through gentle yet powerful transformation. A 90-minute session that is a sacred space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, share in community, and explore seasonal themes that nourish the body, heart, and soul within the sacred tradition of sisterhood.

Season theme: Receiving what we have sown over spring and summer, and letting go of what no longer serves. Autumn naturally invites shedding and making space for the new - letting go of old patterns, beliefs, identities. We’ll be looking at gratitude, emotional detox, body cues linked to holding on, and alchemical practices for acceptance and release to create calm, and the space to ultimately begin to envisage new ideas.

What if, as summer comes to an end, what we need isn’t a new start again…

but a little less noise?

I’ve been thinking a lot about all the things that can come between us and our bodies. Not just sugar or stress, but the constant stream of information, advice, supplements, gadgets, protocols and things we feel we should be doing to be healthier.

Sometimes these things genuinely help. I know, because I’ve used many of them myself.

But I wonder what happens when the space they create is immediately filled with something else.

What if we used that space to actually listen?

I’ve written more about this in my latest Substack, Noise, including why I think we can so easily become “Shadow Seekers”, always looking for the next external thing that will finally fix us.

Perhaps the answer isn’t always another thing to add.

Perhaps sometimes it’s something to take away.

As we head towards the end of summer, what could you quieten in your life to create a little more space to hear yourself?

I’d love to know.

This is a small group setting so don’t wait to join in, I will close the doors when we reach full so that those inside can rally get maximum benefit.

Can we talk about the slightly uncomfortable bit?

£2,000 is a lot of money. I know that.

The cost of living is very real, and I would never suggest that everyone can, or should, spend this much on a retreat. For many people, it simply isn’t possible right now.

But this post isn’t really about that.

It’s about the people who could afford it, but still find themselves saying:

“I can’t justify spending that much on myself.”

Because we’re often very good at justifying spending money on everyone and everything else.

The children. The house. Holidays. Things that make us look better. Things that make us more efficient. Things that make life easier for everyone else.

But something that’s simply, genuinely for us?

Suddenly we need a business case.

And perhaps that’s worth questioning.

This retreat is an investment in more than a week away. It’s a chance to recharge, reconnect with yourself, gain some perspective and return to everyday life with more clarity, energy and a deeper sense of your own worth.

And yes, it’s a pretty magical place to do it. ❄️✨

If £2,000 genuinely isn’t possible for you right now, that’s OK.

But if it is possible, and the only thing stopping you is that little voice saying “Surely I can’t spend that much on myself…”

Perhaps it’s worth listening to that voice.

Maybe you’ve just never been very good at putting yourself on the list.

❤️

Be honest: what is the thing you find easiest to justify spending money on, and what is hardest to justify spending on yourself?
