Yesterday’s treatments:

🔆 RELIEVE - Back, neck and shoulder massage, with hot stones, for a new mum who has been holding her baby with love, and felt she had especially tense, achey, tight neck and shoulders!

🔆 PREGNANCY MASSAGE - A gift for a mum-to-be, 30 weeks pregnant, who said she’d not felt that ‘zen’ for months! I think she was surprised how nice a pregnancy massage can be!

🔆 THE ULTIMATE UNWIND - A 90 minute full body massage, with hot stones, for a busy, working mum nearing the end of a difficult work-project, and needing some time to properly switch-off and reconnect with herself.

GODDESS FLOW FRIDAY 🌸 End-of-spring 🌸

Our final session for spring with themes of change and growth, as we come towards summer and a sense that everything now has an opportunity to bloom!

It had me reflecting on these special sessions and how last year, just a seed of an idea was planted, and from the first session last July, how these have grown and bloomed into something beyond my expectations last spring.

The rose 🌹 was our symbol with its cycle from bud to bloom, and pruning (or dead-heading) when needed to make space for new growth… consider this when you think of change in your own life.

The month ahead: What is changing in your life right now? What can you give an extra bit of encouragement or motivation to grow before summer? 💭

The perfect soothing summer massage treatment including a relaxing back, neck, shoulder, scalp and decolletage massage, and then you choose between: a facial massage or arms and hands or lower legs and feet.

Cold marble stones can be added (on the face / arms and hands / lower legs and feet) if desired, to naturally calm inflammation, decongest and provide cooling relief on hot days.

A beautiful natural massage wax, infused with jasmine and neroli oil, attunes the feminine senses promoting a sense of harmony and bliss.
