It takes a lot of trust for someone to put their body and mind in the hands of a massage therapist, but it’s such a joy to treat people when I feel that trust and I’m able to help my clients with their specific needs. Listening to what clients have to say before we start the therapy really helps me provide the ‘specialist treatment’ that Charlotte mentions in this lovely review. It’s something I’ve always worked hard at achieving. Listening and feeling how each individual responds to the treatment is paramount in giving the absolute best experience possible to every body who comes to me with their needs, and I always aim to achieve reciprocating the trust that is put in my hands each and every time.

Essential oils are essential to my work! Here are all my new oils looking pretty on their stand 🌹 If you go onto my reels grid, I go through my new oil purchases in more detail, so if you want some guidance on what oils to invest in, and what to use them for, then I hope the reels are useful for you!

Nikura are my go-to brand for super high quality and affordable … there’s a lot to choose from, so if you’re anything like me you may have to put a limit on your spending 🤣 … but they smell soooooo good!

Next week I’ll be giving out some helpful tips on how to use oils around your home without needing an oil burner, and what mix of oils are good to help get you through winter ❄️

Happy Bank Holiday Weekend All! 🔆
