đ Some bodies do not need more pressure. They need safety.đ
A lot of people come to me asking for deep tissue, strong massage, or something to sort the tension out. And yes, pain and knots do need care, yet most of the time, what I feel in the body is not a simple knot.
It is a system that has been on alert for far too long.
So, my work is not about forcing the body to release. It is about helping the body feel safe enough to unwind from hypervigilance.
When someone begins to realise they have been living in chronic survival mode, they start to see how much of their life has been shaped by fight, tension, and silent pain, and how normal that state had started to feel.
My work helps you experience a different state. Calm. Safety. Softness. A space to exhale.
This is not only about what I do with the body. It is also about your own awareness. Your ability to notice what has been happening inside you, and begin to recognise that your body is not fighting you.
Your body has been trying to protect you from harm, stress, and threat in the best way it knows how.
Sometimes the first step is not to push harder.
It is to listen differently, and to work with the intelligence of your body.đ
