As an osteopath i strongly recommend pilates be it mat or reformer. Whichever floats your boat. Movement is the pinnacle of life. You stop moving ..... you seize up. Dont go there.
Find you nearest class . Give it a go. Try different teachers.like osteopaths .... everyone has there own style!
