It works 24/7 to support your organs and spine. Yet, because we rarely talk about it, many suffer in silence.

The good news!!! Dysfunction is highly preventable, treatable, and responds to training just like any other muscle! 💪

Aim for 10 contractions, 3x a day

Pro tip:Don’t overcomplicate it!
Tie it to a daily habit like brushing your teeth or making a cup of tea. ☕
Stick with it for 3 months to see real results.
