What a toxic chemically laden world we live in. As a grandmother this really concerns me as the young have never been so burdened from an assault in food, water, geo engineering and vaccine toxins. We must all be aware of the dangers and to what we can to get these chemically banned from our food chain for a start.

I have been making our bedroom a sleep sanctuary. Pyjamas cotton or linen, sheets high thread count cotton. My phone is not near me and on airplane mode, Apple Watch is off and away from me. I found this really interesting. I have recorded this affirmation.
