Growing a business together as a family has taken us through so many different stages.

From building Time Clinic in Woodford, expanding into Hackney, growing our team, and stepping into different ventures along the way, every part of the journey has taught us something new.

There have been exciting moments, difficult decisions, long days and plenty of times when work and family life have completely overlapped. When you’re building something together, it can be hard to switch off — because the business is never just “work”. It becomes part of your life.

But one of the most rewarding parts has been seeing how much everything has grown.

Watching our clinics develop, welcoming new people into the team, creating new opportunities and seeing ideas turn into real businesses has made all of the challenges worthwhile.

We’re still learning, still evolving and still figuring things out as we go. But through every new clinic, every new venture and every new chapter, doing it together has always been at the centre of it all.
