LETO A centre of excellence for pelvic health and clinical exercise dedicated to supporting women through

We believe young women suffering from dyspareunia shouldn’t suffer in silence. Mothers and their bodies need to be looked after just as much as their babies do after they give birth and they shouldn’t have to live with ‘broken’ bodies just because they birthed a baby. You can still have the wildest sex of your life in your 50s and there is no need to ‘put up’ with the physiological side effects th

e menopause puts on your body. We also believe women should be provided with clinically excellent pelvic health care. That women have a right to experience a respectful, caring and dedicated team of specialist pelvic health physiotherapists and exercise professionals. We work with our clients to provide:
> an understanding and educational approach to pelvic health and their care
> evidence-based assessments and treatment to address symptoms and transform their pelvic health
> personalised and progressive restoration programs to achieve their individual pelvic health and fitness goals

The team strive to be a centre of excellence in the field of pelvic health. They achieve this with an unfeathered commitment to ongoing learning and offering the best available care for their clients. The services offered at LETO include: specialist pelvic health physiotherapy; clinical pilates; postnatal care, pregnancy and menopause checks; massage; ThermiVa vaginal rejuvenation; The LETO Method postnatal recovery program; sexual dysfunction clinic; pessary fittings; pre & post-surgical care

Looking for pregnancy physio support you can trust? 💛

Pregnancy brings many changes, and having the right support can make all the difference. Our goal at LETO is to ensure every woman feels heard, understood, and confident throughout her journey.

At LETO, we’ve developed a comprehensive Pregnancy Care Pathway designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy and prepare you for birth and recovery.

Our pathway includes three key pelvic health assessments:
✨ Initial Check (from 12 weeks)
✨ Mid-Term Check (around 24 weeks)
✨ Pre-Birth Check (34–35 weeks)

These milestone appointments help us monitor your changing body, address any concerns early, optimise pelvic floor function, manage pregnancy-related aches and pains, prepare for birth, and create a personalised recovery plan for life after baby.

⭐️Client Review⭐️

This is what a recent client had to say about our LETO physiotherapist, Lauren

“I have been seeing Lauren throughout my second pregnancy and highly recommend her. She is very kind, caring and thorough with her care and advice and made me feel assured and at ease during every appointment.

I was doing quite a lot of exercise during my pregnancy, and Lauren was always helpful and constructive in her advice, leaving me feeling confident I was being looked after by the best.

After picking up a foot injury during my first trimester, Lauren helped me adapt my training and created a plan that allowed me to stay active and healthy while reducing impact and stress later in pregnancy.

I trust Lauren to guide me back towards my postpartum goals in a sensible and sustainable way and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.”

Cervical Cancer Prevention Week is a reminder to prioritise your cervical and pelvic health, talk openly about screening, and check when your next test is due - or book it if it’s time.

At LETO, we regularly help women prepare for cervical screening by addressing pelvic floor function, vaginal comfort, and exam-related anxiety, so that essential preventative care feels more manageable.

We know cervical screening can feel uncomfortable, stressful, or even scary — and that’s completely normal.

💛 The good news? Small changes can make a big difference. Techniques like pelvic floor relaxation, lubricants, positioning options, and clear communication can help make your experience easier.

If symptoms like vaginal dryness, pelvic floor tension, or anxiety are making screening difficult, know that support is available -you don’t have to put up with it.

Your pelvic health matters, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

We also want to celebrate the amazing women’s health champions in this space who are reshaping care to be more accessible, respectful, and patient-centred — like and 🙌

And finally, if you think you’re overdue for screening, contact your GP practice to check when your test is due.
