Sharing some examples of capturing potential clients/leads for health and social care businesses (this I learnt about 2 years into my business, I wish I knew earlier but now I do it has been great for me and itās only right I share!)
Because ācapture your leadsā can sound very marketing-heavy,
But really, itās just about creating a bridge between:
āIām interestedā
and
āIām ready to have a conversation.ā
And that bridge can be simple.
For a home care provider, it could be:
A care checklist
For example: ā10 Questions to Ask Before Choosing a Care Provider.ā
Or
A WhatsApp enquiry button
Because some families want to ask a quick question before booking a call.
For a clinic or healthcare business, it could be:
A suitability checklist
For example: āIs This Treatment Right for Me?ā I have a good governance health check
Or
A waitlist
Great for new clinics, limited spaces, launches or popular services (to be honest I used a waitlist for Beyond The Shift event back in Dec and we sold)
The goal isnāt to overwhelm people.
Itās to make the next step obvious.
