Yin Yoga is a gentle, grounding practice that invites your body to soften and unwind at its own pace. In this class, you’ll move through long, supported postures that work into the deeper layers of the body - releasing tension, creating space, and helping your system settle.
Alongside the postures, Francesca incorporates massage‑ball and pressure‑point work to support myofascial release. These simple tools help you melt tension, access tight or stagnant areas, and deepen the therapeutic benefits of the practice.
Francesca draws from over a decade of teaching experience to create a warm, inclusive environment where every body is welcome - all shapes, ages, and abilities. Her approach is grounded, nurturing, and intuitive, offering variations and support throughout the class so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
