Maldivian Sihhath Initiative A non-profit organisation implemented for the provision of first aid training and supplies to the maldives This has been named the Maldivian Sihhath Initiative.

For many the image of the Maldives is one of high-end luxury resorts, deserted islands and crystal clear waters, but for the local population of 350,000 it can be a struggle to access basic pre hospital healthcare in an emergency situation. In response, four paramedics from Bournemouth, Poole and Wimborne have formed an initiative that will bring vital emergency-response training and equipment to the local population of five islands across the Maldivian archipelago.
