There may be no Glastonbury this year but we’re channeling the free-spirited festival vibes at Fun Fed with our Summer of Love evening led by Colour Therapist and Crafts Expert

Design your own fabulous wearable pieces, either a classic flower crown, boho jewellery or groovy glasses that Elton would approve of. Whether you’re going for full-on hippie chic vibes or glitter glam, we’ll have all the materials you need to transform you into a headline act.

Once your masterpieces are complete, it’s time to hit the catwalk and show off your looks in our feel-good festival fashion parade before hitting the dance floor.

Peace, love, creativity and no tent or muddy fields in sight. .

Named of one the Top 100 influential crafters in the UK by Mollie Makes magazine, Momtaz has been running creative craft workshops for over a decade. These sessions combine arts and crafts with colour therapy.

Momtaz has been featured by The Sun, The Daily Mail, Metro, Stylist, Cosmopolitan, Elle + many other publications and websites and appeared on live TV and Radio including ITV This Morning, BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour and BBC2 show Victoria Derbyshire and numerous podcasts.

Highlights from last weeks workshop with where we fooled around using improv games.

It was soo fun! We laughed so much and Marlon made us feel so comfortable to be ourselves and be as silly as we possibly could.

So much of our lives is cyclical & this workshop will help you play, wonder & connect with all the different parts of our changing selves.

We are all delightfully human, and what a gift it is to not feel the exact same every day. Have you ever wondered why that is? Could it be connected to the phase of the moon, your menstrual cycle, the seasons of the year, or even the stage of life you find yourself in?

Join us for an evening of exploration as we journey through what it means to be cyclical. We will sing our hearts out, move gently in our bodies, and play with reflective games and exercises that will help you say YES to life no matter what cycle you find yourself in.

The joy of becoming more aware of how we move through cycles helps us find ease, contentment, and clarity in our lives. We’ll come together to embrace the uniquely human gift that we are not the same every day. We’ll flow with different moods, energies, and feelings as we joyfully explore all aspects of our cyclical selves. This workshop is for everybody and all genders.

Allison Sherman is a women’s wellbeing coach and menstrual cycle educator who is passionate about helping everyone find their flow in life, no matter what stage of life they find themselves in. Allison’s many joys include singing, walking endlessly in nature, and getting messy in the kitchen with her son. From facilitating workshops for corporate clients to helping the every day woman gain confidence in her menstrual cycle again, Allison always finds a compassionate way to help people talk about cycles, hormones, and the little things in life that make us all wonderfully human.

We had SO much fun with last week for some improv games and so much silliness!

We absolutely loved it. Everyone was in a playful mood ready to create new characters and try out different scenes.

There was so much fun to be had whilst pretending to be bees, radio stations and using mime. Everyone got really into it and then the giggling began!

Thank you Marlon for all the fun and joy you brought. Your calm and welcoming way of teaching made us feel so relaxed and it felt easy to be ourselves and brought out all the play.

🎺 TWO EXTRA SPECIAL WORKSHOPS!🎺

Toot toot! We have 2 exciting extra workshops for you this summer to bring those holiday vibes with some feel good fun.

We welcome back Xoph Munson because we absolutely LOVED having them run their choir last season. Whether you've sung before or want to try something new, Xoph brings people together to sing as a group so you won't feel exposed and by the end you'll feel so powerful! We all felt amazing at the end of the workshop.

Then we have Silly Sports Day with the ridiculously silly sausage that is from You’ll be active, there’ll be movement, there’ll be some classic sports day games BUT with many a foolish twist! Viki’s got some brilliantly playful takes on some much loved favourites like Egg and Spoon, character relay and we’re even switching out javelin for spaghetti!

Last night was SO much fun!! Fooling around with through a heap of ridiculous games. We pretended to be things starting with specific letters, TV characters, bees, Venus fly traps and more.

Marlon really got us to be as playful and silly and possible. We laughed so much and had tears of joy! It just feels so good to be playful and childlike around each other.

Thank you Marlon for bringing your chilled vibes and making us feel so comfortable to be our true silly selves.

Next week we are off on half term break but we will be back with:
