I am originally from Rome, where I trained professionally as a contemporary dancer. In 2010, I relocated to London and continued working both locally and internationally as a dancer and choreographer. After years of studying body alignment and movement, becoming a STOTT Pilates Teacher was a natural progression. I love how Pilates can help people improve their everyday life by increasing their bod

y awareness, strength and flexibility. It makes them more centred and grounded, influencing their posture in a very positive way. With great attention to detail and a technical approach, my goal is to welcome my clients into a friendly space, while still pushing their boundaries and focusing on the essence of each exercise

I completed all the training, finished pilates basically.

Jokes aside, what a journey.

Ten years. Ten years of learning, practicing, teaching, learning some more. Working a million jobs at once, touring as a dancer, working at , working at multiple Pilates studios, online, at clients houses. Choreographing and managing for

Turns out getting back into studying as an adult, while juggling life and work, is not easy.

But hey, here we are.


I couldn’t have achieved this without the help and support of my mentors, colleagues and clients.
