Detox is often sold as a quick fix, but the real story is much more interesting. Your body already has a built-in detox network that starts inside the cells and depends on the liver, lymphatic system, kidneys, bile flow and colon working together. When those pathways are supported properly, the body can do what it was designed to do: process and eliminate waste efficiently, without the crash of restrictive cleanses or unrealistic detox gimmicks.

PCOS finally has a new name. After years of debate, the consensus has landed on PMOS for polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome.

The name change was needed because the so-called “cysts” of “polycystic” are not actual cysts, but really just follicles or eggs, which are normal for the o***y.
It was also important to include metabolic, because it is tightly linked to diet and lifestyle. PCOS, now PMOS, is widely regarded as a metabolic and endocrine disorder rather than just a reproductive issue. So getting it right is essential for prevention and management.

What are your thoughts on the new name? It sounds a lot like PMS, however, these are two different conditions.

Comment “PMOS” and I’ll DM you links to a couple of articles and the original Lancet paper.

This is why communication is essential!
When was the last time you checked your team is working towards the same goal and understanding the vision?
Burnout and micromanaged teams are often the least productive, especially when it comes to presenteeism (not so much absenteeism).
Ag Nutrunity, our corporate well-being create stronger, more efficient your teams by giving them more control over their health, their mental health, and their purpose at the center of the computer.

Adding new habits into your daily routine requires you to be in the right place, emotionally, mentally and physically. There is no point forcing a “healthy” habit if all you need is consistency.
Try new things once you’re ready, it will be more likely to stick and become a lasting habit.

Naturopathic principles and the definition of health includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Spiritual doesn’t mean being religious, it means to have a purpose and be true to ourselves, also known as authenticity.
This is where core values are important and everything linked to them, because when you go against what you believe, you can’t be yourself, live authentically and be happy. This can translate as being a people pleaser, always say yes, when no would be the most appropriate response at that time, or melting into the background to not upset anyone.
On the long term, this disconnect can lead to mental health issues and even chronic conditions.

With a growing population of people experiencing IBS symptoms ranging in severity and recurrence, it was important as an educator to help as many people as possible.
