Super groups last night 'going back to basics'. These nights give us all a chance to 'really' get back to what a 💯 % food optimising day and week looks like!

And amazing awards flew off my desk for Tony, Kay and Pam who have all lost 10% of their body weight (which is a BIG deal) and we awarded half stone awards to Jenny & Jan. Many congratulations lovely people💕
