Are you losing hair due to stress, hormonal changes, postpartum shedding, genetics or nutritional deficiencies?

Hair loss doesn’t always start with obvious bald patches. Sometimes, the first signs are much more subtle:

• More hair coming out in the shower or on your brush
• A widening part
• Reduced density around the hairline
• Thinner, weaker strands
• Your ponytail feeling noticeably smaller

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a regenerative treatment that uses a concentrated portion of your own blood, rich in platelets and growth factors, which is injected directly into the scalp.

The goal? To support the hair follicles, improve the environment around them and stimulate healthier, stronger hair growth in patients who are suitable candidates.

But this is important: **PRP is not a treatment for every type of hair loss.**

Understanding *why* you’re losing hair comes first. Hormones, iron levels, stress, genetics, medications and other underlying factors can all play a role and the best results come from treating the cause, not just the symptom.

If you’ve noticed a change in your hair density or increased shedding, book a consultation so we can assess whether PRP could be part of the right treatment plan for you:

Forehead BTox it’s about controlling how the muscle moves 💉

The horizontal lines we see across the forehead are created by repeated contraction of the frontalis muscle: the muscle responsible for elevating the brows.

With a carefully planned BTox treatment, we can reduce excessive contraction, soften existing dynamic lines and help prevent them from becoming deeper and more established over time.

But forehead BTox requires precision. Too much relaxation, or treating the wrong areas can affect brow position and leave the eyes feeling heavier.

The goal is not a completely motionless forehead. It’s strategic muscle relaxation while maintaining balance, brow support and natural expression.

This is why BTox should never be approached as simply “a number of units.” Anatomy, muscle strength and your individual movement pattern matter. Natural results start with understanding the face before treating it.

5 Things you should know about your lip augmentation 👇🏽

1️⃣ Lip filler is temporary, but there’s no exact expiration date: most hyaluronic acid fillers are expected to last around 6–12 months in the lips, but longevity varies significantly depending on the product used, amount injected, anatomy, metabolism and previous treatments. Some residual product may remain for longer.

2️⃣ Swelling is NOT your final result: The first few days can include swelling, tenderness, bruising and even temporary asymmetry. We normally need to allow the tissue and product to settle before properly assessing the result.

3️⃣ More frequent top-ups don’t necessarily mean better lips: Adding product before reassessing what is already present can contribute to unnecessary volume, distortion or migration. Maintenance should be based on assessment and not simply on a calendar.

4️⃣ Aftercare matters, but you can’t “make” filler last forever: Follow your injector’s aftercare instructions, avoid unnecessary pressure or manipulation while the area is healing, and don’t rush into another treatment because the initial swelling has disappeared.
Healthy skin, hydration and good lifestyle habits can support the overall appearance of your lips, but your body will naturally metabolise hyaluronic acid over time.

5️⃣ Lip filler isn’t suitable for everyone, at every moment: Active infection, cold sores or inflammation around the treatment area are reasons to postpone treatment. Pregnancy/breastfeeding, certain medical conditions, medications and previous reactions should always be discussed during your consultation.

And one more thing: tell your practitioner if you have a history of cold sores. Lip injections can trigger a recurrence, and some patients may need preventative antiviral treatment.

Chin filler isn’t always a one-session treatment ✨

When we’re building projection and structure, adding too much product at once can compromise proportions and make the result look heavy or overcorrected.

In many cases, we prefer to build the chin gradually.
We place an appropriate amount of filler, allow the product to integrate and the surrounding tissues to settle, then reassess before deciding whether more projection, length or support is actually needed.

This staged approach gives us much more control over facial proportions, projection and balance especially when treating the chin as part of the profile rather than as an isolated feature.

Sometimes the best result isn’t achieved with more mLs in one appointment. It’s achieved by knowing how much to add, where to place it, and when to stop.

Natural-looking filler procedure is often a process, not a single appointment! 💉

One of the most common things we hear in consultation:

“I want lip filler, but I’m scared of looking overdone!”

And that’s a valid concern because natural lip augmentation isn’t simply about injecting a small amount of product. It requires understanding lip anatomy, tissue capacity, projection, existing filler and how the lips relate to the rest of the face.

More product doesn’t always mean a better result. In some cases, the best decision is to use less. In others, it’s to not add any more filler at all.

Your anatomy sets the limit. Your practitioner should know how to respect it!

There is no “perfect age” to start aesthetic treatments because your skin doesn’t age according to your birthday 🤨

The right time depends on a combination of factors: skin quality, genetics, lifestyle, sun exposure, collagen loss, facial anatomy and even how strongly your muscles move when you express yourself.

Two people at 30 can have completely different needs.
What I don’t recommend? Waiting until lines are deeply established, volume loss is significant or skin quality has noticeably declined before thinking about treatment!

Aesthetic medicine works beautifully when we think *preventatively, not reactively*.

That doesn’t mean starting filler or Botox as early as possible. It means assessing your face individually and introducing the right treatment, at the right time, for the right indication.

So there’s no right age. There’s a right indication! Book your consultation now 🤍

One of the most important parts of my job is knowing when not to treat! ❌

Not because filler isn’t effective, but because it’s only the right solution for the right patient.

The best consultations are about understanding why you’re concerned about a certain area and deciding whether filler is actually the best option. Sometimes it is. Sometimes don’t!

Sometimes improving skin quality, restoring facial support or simply waiting will give you a better long-term outcome.

The goal is always respect your natural features and maintain balance and health overall! 💉

Salmon DNA is one of the most talked-about regenerative treatments in aesthetics right now, but what does it actually do?

Salmon DNA (PDRN/PN) is a biostimulatory treatment that supports your skin’s natural repair process. It helps improve hydration, skin quality, elasticity, and overall texture by encouraging tissue regeneration rather than simply adding volume.

This makes it an excellent option for:

• Dull, dehydrated skin;
• Fine lines and crepey texture;
• Skin recovery after sun damage;
• Patients looking for healthier skin;

The goal It’s to help your skin function better.

🗣️: “I think I need under-eye filler”

It’s one of the most common requests I hear in clinic and one of the most misunderstood!

Not every tired-looking under-eye is caused by volume loss 👇🏽

Sometimes the concern is hollowing, where tear trough filler can be an appropriate treatment. But in many cases, the issue is under-eye bags, pigmentation, thin skin or skin laxity, and adding filler won’t address the real cause. In some patients, it may even make the area appear heavier by attracting water.

This is why a proper assessment is so important. The same symptom doesn’t always have the same solution.

Sometimes the best treatment is filler. Sometimes it isn’t. And knowing the difference is what creates natural, balanced results.

In this case, we combined jawline contouring with lip enhancement to improve the overall facial profile:

The jawline was strategically enhanced to create a more defined transition between the face and neck, improve lower-face structure, and strengthen the profile. At the same time, the lips were treated conservatively to improve hydration, shape, and projection while maintaining natural movement and respecting the patient’s anatomy.

It’s a profile that feels more harmonious from every angle.
