🌱 Moong Dal Chilla (Weight-Loss Breakfast)

Ingredients
• Green moong dal – soaked overnight
• Fresh ginger – small piece
• Coriander leaves – handful
• Salt – to taste
• Water – as needed
• Oil/ghee – for cooking

Method

1️⃣ Soak green moong dal (yellow or green) overnight.
2️⃣ In the morning, grind the soaked dal with ginger and coriander leaves into a smooth batter.
3️⃣ Add salt and adjust consistency with a little water (like pancake batter).
4️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan, lightly grease it.
