FREE: INTRODUCTION TO HYPNOTHERAPY / HYPNOTHERAPY TRAINING via Zoom. Sunday 8th October 10am - 12pm UK time.

In this free online event I'll be talking about my work as a hypnotherapist and you'll have the opportunity to experience hypnosis. In addition I'll talk about how to do self-hypnosis, and I'll answer any questions you may have about hypnotherapy and training to become a hypnotherapist.

WHAT WE'LL COVER

An Introduction to hypnosis and hypnotherapy. The talk will explain what hypnosis is, how to hypnotise, self-hypnosis, and who are the most suggestible subjects. The event will be participatory, and all participants will have the opportunity to experience hypnosis.

This will be of interest to those of you considering training to become a hypnotherapist as well as those considering having hypnotherapy.

The meeting will take place via Zoom

PLEASE NOTE

A. The event isn’t suitable for those who have epilepsy or serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia.

B. If you have a pendulum, or something that could act as a pendulum (e.g. a piece of string with a weight attached to it), please do have it with you, as one of the participatory tests involves a pendulum.

C. I ask that you only attend if you are willing to participate in the tests and in the hypnosis. Also, you will need to have your camera on so I can see you.
