GLUTEN FREE JAPANESE PANCAKES! (Ad/invite) I cannot believe this was my first time trying Japanese soufflé pancakes! is the perfect spot for pancake day as nearly all of their pancake combos are and they’re cooked on their own dedicated machines to avoid cross contamination. We tried sweet and savoury options as well as an amazing Japanese cheesecake, all while sat among the cutest pink decor. Where are you spending pancake day?!

GLUTEN FREE WINTER FAVES! It’s been a chilly season of good eats so far but here are some of of my top picks in no particular order:
🐛 Fully took part in the mania this month and boy was he worth the wait!
🥧 I’ve never had a pie at that I didn’t like. Brilliant GF menu in general at this spot
🥐 Have you tried the almond croissants from yet?! Goodness me!
🍝 Any pasta dish at the glorious can be made GF and they’re always delicious
🥪 My favourite local brunch spot makes WONDERFUL toasties and is just so great for coeliacs in general. Run there asap if you haven’t been yet
🧀 Finally tried the much coveted GF thanks to and they were worth the hype
🥐 We now have .paris in London!
🍳 Perfect eggs as always at
🥔 now make flavoured GF Hula Hoop dupes and they’re as good as the originals!

GLUTEN FREE DATE NIGHT! (Invite/Ad) Cake Man and I love - we ate here on one of our first-ever dates so were delighted to be invited down to eat at their beautiful Queensway location near Hyde Park. These guys now have their own homemade pita on the menu and OMG it’s amazing. We always order the zucchini & feta fritters, the spiced polenta & feta fries, the spice battered squid and this time tried the shush taouk and incredible steak. Save room for the labneh cheesecake it might just change your life!

GLUTEN FREE WEDDING CAKE OF DREAMS! By the utterly talented .glutenfree.goodies. Grace made us a bespoke two tiered cake for our wedding and it was as delicious as it was stunning ❤️ Top tier was lemon and raspberry and the bottom was chocolate with cookies and cream and salted caramel. Grace also made us cupcakes for our DF guests and beautiful personalised red velvet cupcakes for our pub celebration. Honestly can’t recommend Grace any more highly - she was a delight throughout and delivered and set up our cake on the day. Hats off to our amazing photographer Nicole as well for this first shot - we love you!

GLUTEN FREE ARANCINE! Which was the size of my head! From one of Palermo’s many amazing bakeries: . After several days in Sicily I can quite honestly say I would be happy eating arancine every day for breakfast… Top tip: always order one ham & cheese flavour and one ragù. Eat both when they’re piping hot and you’ll never look back. In fact other food will likely seem mundane for breakfast after this 😂 When was the last time you went to an EPIC GF bakery abroad?
