Day one was pretty cool, but day two was one to remember!
Coming second with my little bro was just the cherry on the cake! Let’s give you some context:
In December 2022 I took to his local box to try CrossFit for the first time.
Then in January 2023 he came to visit me at .london and he was learning kipping TTB. He then completed 50 TTB in The Open in singles.
In September 2023 we took part in a local RX comp, where it’s safe to say I put him through his paces 😅 and he’s worked his arse off since then, to put me through mine!
Fast forward 2 years and he competed at an Elite individual competition on day 1 and then day 2 with me :)
It goes without saying that I’m a proud older sister, but what makes me the most proud is to see how hard he works to constantly better himself. He has overcome some real tough times in life and even though he’s always been my baby brother, he has his life more sorted than me, including a beautiful, supportive wife a house and even a dog!
