I had the absolute pleasure of taking part in the Exhale – Mental Wellbeing Festival, where I introduced participants to Sophrology.

The response was so heartwarming, people shared how supported, grounded and uplifted they felt after the session. It’s always such a joy to see how these simple, practical techniques can bring calm, clarity and confidence into people’s lives.

I’m truly excited to keep spreading the word about this life-changing method and to help more people experience the power of reconnecting with themselves. 🌿
