ATTENTION ALL DOG OWNERS!!
NATURAL CANINE CARE
Suggested Guidelines:
Aloe Vera is a natural product possessing recognised healing and medicinal properties. The Gel from the inner leaf contains many essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and amino acids. It acts as an anti-inflammatory and a detoxifier and is both virucidal and fungicidal. It can pe*****te several layers of tissue, carrying its healing properties to cellular level. It can enable better absorption of nutrients and can help to balance the immune system.
Aloe Vera acts as a coagulant to stop bleeding, prevents swelling, It prevents scarring if used from the outset of a wound by allowing oxygen to the affected area while assisting healing, and it helps to minimise proud flesh. Aloe Vera also has the ability to break down impacted material in the bowel.
Always consult your Vet for diagnosis and use Aloe as a compliment to Vet advice.
ABSCESS. If possible drain and flush with Aloe Activator/Vet spray. If practical leave a gauze or cotton wool pad soaked in Activator in contact for 24 hours, or apply Aloe Gelly.
ABRASIONS. Clean with Aloe Activator/ Vet Spray then apply Aloe Gelly. Bandage if necessary to prevent licking the area. (Aloe cannot harm if taken internally or licked)
ALLERGIC DERMATITIS. Cleanse with Aloe Activator/ Vet Spray, shave area if necessary and apply Aloe Gelly or Propolis Crème 2 to 4 times a day. Remove scabs daily.
ALLERGIES. 1 to 2 fl.oz. of Aloe Vera Gel drink daily in divided doses. 1 quarter of Bee Pollen tablet twice daily for the first week, half tablet for next week and increase each week to a maximum of 2 tablets daily.
ANAEMIA. 1 fl.oz. Aloe Vera Gel in food daily plus 2 Bee Pollen tablets daily.
A**L SAC DISEASE/FISTULA. Express secretions from a**l gland manually. Using plastic syringe insert 1cc of Aloe Activator or Aloe Gelly through the normal gland opening. If the A**l sac ruptures professional help should be sought. Once the remaining tissue has been cleared, the opening can be flushed out with Aloe Activator and then packed for 24 hours with cotton wool soaked in the Activator. The apply Aloe Gelly daily through a syringe until the condition is healed.
ARTHRITIS. Add 1 fl.oz. of Aloe Vera Gel or Forever Freedom to feed daily. Massage painful joint with MSM Gel or Heat Lotion.
BLEEDING GUMS. Massage gums with cotton wool/cotton bud soaked in Vet Spray or apply Aloe Gelly. Use Aloe toothgel to clean teeth with.
BROKEN BONES. Apply Aloe Vera Gelly to the fractured area, if possible hold in place with a firm bandage and seek professional help.
BURNS. Apply Aloe Vet Spray liberally then apply Aloe Gelly and if possible bandage using a non-stick pad dressing. It is beneficial to add 1 to 2 fl.oz of Aloe Vera Gel daily to the feed.
CHRONIC SKIN DISORDERS. Check diet. Apply Aloe Vet spray followed by generous quantities of Aloe Gelly. Add 1 fl.oz. of Aloe vera Gel to feed daily.
CLOUDY CORNEAS. Apply 1 to 2 drops of Aloe Activator in affected eyes 2 to 3 times daily.
CONSTIPATION. Administer 1 fl.oz. of Aloe Vera Gel every 2 hours until normal action or diarrhoea occurs.
DECUBITUS ULCERS. Cleanse ith Aloe Vet Spray then pack heavily with Aloe Propolis crème.
DIARRHOEA. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera Gel 2 to 3 times daily. 1 to 2 Bee Propolis tablets given 2 to 3 times daily can also help.
DOG BITES. Treat with Aloe Vet Spray then Aloe Gelly to minimise scarring and help healing. For humans use Aloe first, Aloe Gelly then Propolis Crème or Lotion.
EAR CANKER. Sq**rt in Aloe Vet Spray and massage gently.
EARS- INFLAMED OR INFECTED. Sq**rt in Aloe Vet spray and massage gently for about 2 minutes. If necessary clean and dry the ear with cotton wool. Repeat as necessary then finally apply Aloe Gelly.
EAR MITES. Clean with Aloe Vet Spray or cotton wool/cotton buds. Flush with Aloe Vet Spray and massage gently then apply a thin coating of Aloe Gelly.
FLEA BITE DERMATITIS. Bathe with Aloe Jojoba Shampoo and apply a 50/50 mix of Aloe Vera gel and Aloe Gelly.
FLEA REPELLANT. As Above.
