Being my most authentic self by showing up to the airport way too early, so that I can read.
Chronic pain affects 1.5 billion people worldwide, and the prevailing biomedical model of treatment is not fit for purpose.
Qualifying as a SIRPA practitioner has helped me help my patients so much more effectively, as well as taking me on a journey of deeper self- knowledge.

Grateful to have been able to give myself a teeny holiday from in-person work...and (finally!)completing this wonderful course on and in by the over this sunny bank holiday clearly shows that I love what I do.
