Have you heard of Together Better? It is a completely free service offering free activities to all patients in City and Hackney, no matter which GP surgery you are registered with.
They run a wide range of activities at local GP surgeries, including social groups like coffee mornings and arts and crafts, physical activities like walking groups and yoga classes, as well as peer support groups where you can connect with others who understand what you are going through.
You can get involved by simply contact us yourself. Everyone is welcome, and we would love to hear from you.

In addition, they are always looking for volunteers who are happy to support others or share a skill. If you have something you would like to share with your local community, please get in touch and they can help you make it happen.
