Meal prep has a reputation problem.
People think it means a Sunday four hours gone and a fridge full of identical sad containers you’re sick of by Wednesday.
It doesn’t have to be any of that.
Here’s why it’s one of the best tools I give the women I coach:
it takes the decision out of a busy day, so you’re not reaching for whatever’s quickest at 1pm
it means real protein and fibre are already there when you’re hungry and short on time
it quietly de-stresses the whole week, no daily “what do I even eat” spiral
it stops the 4pm energy dip that sends you into the biscuit tin or fridge
it makes eating well the easy option instead of the willpower option
None of the portable breakfasts and lunches in my meal plans take long. Here’s some of what you saw here:
🫙Miso chicken lunch jar 25 mins
🫙 Peanut chicken lunch jar 25 mins
🫙 Salmon edamame and beet lunch jar 10 mins
🫙 Caprese lunch jar 15 mins
🫙Choc raspberry chia pot 10 mins
🫙berry flax breakfast pudding 10 mins
🫙Snicker style chia pudding 8 mins
🫙Black forest chia pudding 10 mins
Every one of these is in my meal plans, all the recipes, the nutrition done for you, the shopping lists ready to go. Link in bio, thank me later
